Sleep is very important in our day to day activity. It is through sleep where we could rest our body and gain back our loss energy in order to perform well the nest day. Problems due to this condition are usually brought about by the disturbances in sending signals by the brain in order to continue respiration.   • Parasomnia – Parasomnia is another type of sleeping disorder that is characterized by unnatural of irregular sleep movements, behaviors, dreams as well as perceptions that usually occur in the entire time of the sleep stage. An example of parasomnia is the somnambulism or otherwise known as sleep walking. This unusual sleep activity occurs when a person begins to walk out of bed during a stage in sleep.
